“At First Sight,” Wtoo by Watters’ Fall 2018 bridal collection was inspired by the moment the groom sees his bride for the very first time, and Shakespeare’s timeless tale of love at first sight — Romeo and Juliet. This collection features a beautiful balance of both masculine and feminine elements, offering a variety of silhouettes from pants and coats to fitted long sleeve dresses and off-the-shoulder ball gowns.
“Designs feature corset-style necklines and pressed floral detailing, which represent flowers from a loved one. In a nod to Romeo, “At First Sight” works in hints of masculinity with plaid patterns, black details and suiting. Another unique ode to William Shakespeare includes excerpts from Shakespeare’s Sonnet 18 delicately embroidered amongst floral motifs across the tulle skirt of a gown aptly named, Juliet.”
